On May 22, 2002, the Foundation Agreement was signed on creation of the Ukraine-USA “Elite Software Products” Consortium.
   The main goal of the Consortium is to provide a broad range of services in software development. On the Ukrainian Party, the Consortium is represented by six Kharkov companies: Hartron Corp., Mega Business Software (MBS), SoftPro, Insart, Kit Group, Eclipse SP. Hartron is authorized to provide general management of the Consortium. The development of software products within the Consortium will be concentrated in Kharkov, thus reducing the product cost for Western customers. American partner of the Consortium, the Mаcfadden & Associates Inc., will act as marketing partner, the guarantor of qualitative deliveries, who shall provide control over the execution of contract terms and conditions.
